The Barnegat Light First Aid Squad is an all volunteer, emergency ambulance service, that responds to 911 medical emergencies. Our coverage area ranges from Barnegat Light, NJ to the North Beach section of Long Beach Township, including High Bar Harbor, Loveladies, and Harvey Cedars. The BLFAS members are committed to providing professional emergency medical services to all citizens of and visiting our community. We are Neighbors Helping Neighbors.

We have over 40 members, all volunteer. We are always looking for new members to ensure our ability to provide 24 hour, 365 days a year, emergency services. If you have an interest in joining our First Aid Squad and making a difference, look in the upcoming events section for the next squad meeting. You can attend the meeting where you will receive an application and begin the onboarding process. No experience needed, all training is provided. Decide your own availability.
